Thank you for reaching out about a custom gluten-free bakery request. Due to our workload, order requests placed with less than two weeks notice are not guaranteed. Still send us your requests, and we will do our best to fit you into our schedule.

We currently respond to inquiries at the beginning of every week, and responses may be delayed over the weekend due to bakery hours.
